Department of Teacher Education

Department of Education(B.Ed.) was established in 1963. Department
intake 60 students in B.Ed. programme, (Forty Seats for Arts and Twenty
Seats for Science Students).All the faculty members are highly qualified
and posses Ph.D. Degree. Three members also posses M.Phil. degree in
Education, One is UGC-NET. One Faculty member is Reader and Head, Three
Members are senior Lecturer. All four faculty members are appointed by
U.P. Higher Education Commission, Allahabad on permanent basis.
Library and Research Lab in the department provides additional
features to its Infrastructure. The Faculty members provide excellent
teaching and assessment. on the basis of syllabus decided by University.
HOD deserves a mention for efficient utilisation of grants provided by
Principal on the basis of norms and requirements of departments. |
