Department of History was established in 1971 and cover an area of 9.3 sq.m.(Staff Room). The Department offers programs like B.A. and M.A under SFC. Numbers of Students pursuing B.A is Six Hundred Sixty Three and in M.A number of students is Six.
Library and Research Lab in the department provides additional features to its Infrastructure. The Faculty members provide excellent teaching and assessment. on the basis of syllabus decided by University. HOD deserves a mention for efficient utilisation of grants provided by Principal on the basis of norms and requirements of departments.
